From the first moment Ali was conscientious in his desire to give us the best service. Even with understandable delays he was quick to communicate and respond to my queries. Everything we agreed was taken care of and the time and courtesy he showed when I picked up the car was much appreciated. Ali is so easy to deal with and makes everything feel comfortable.
