Spoke with Ali the salesman I saw a car I fancied and he made it very easy for me to make my decision and also delivered the car to my home address up in the highlands of Scotland, nothing was to much trouble for Elderwood motors Ltd I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to tell my friends how professional they was and all staff very polite and easy to talk to. Wow what can I say about this garage. Very honest people doing a good job and ensure that there reputation is good I bought a car from them they were so good Ali was great with myself and my son when I am next looking for a car that will be the first place I will be looking at keep up the great work guys and the fair prices are good too they had a little bit to do to the car and told me would be 5 day witch was fine I asked if it could be done quicker as was going away for a week in 4 days and they called me after 3 days to say all the work had been done and the car was ready to go Ali was so professional great work guys I will be seeing you first when I next want to upgrade my car

Very good experience Buying car from them was easy. Car in good condition and drove well. Radio aerial didn't work which Ali accepted & fixed. Agreed a price that was very fair with updated MoT included & arranged to have car delivered to me in Shrewsbury. Good communication throughout. Very good experience.

Buying car from them was quite easy. Car had certain small issues which Ali accepted to fix on their own cost. Price wasn't negotiable though. Car was delivered to me free of charge which was amazing. All parts and changing service was organized in a week. Good communication, they are doing their best to have a positive feedback from clients which shows me they are professional. Guys are honest and supportive, always answering phone and not avoiding me. Very good experience.

10/10 from the moment I walked on to the site until I left. Car was as described, felt under no pressure at any point, they had no issues with me taking a test drive and the process of sorting paperwork and delivery was so quick and stress free. All the cars on the site looked in top condition so the lads obviously take a great deal of care to source their cars. All in all a great experience and I’d definitely go back there again if I needed a new car.

Brilliant. Ali has gone above and beyond making sure my first vehicle is perfect. Communication was spot on, if I had any problems he gave me advice/ solution to help the situation. Could not recommend him enough. 😊
