I bought my car from Elderwood ten days ago and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. I travelled an hour to look at a particular car and of the amount they have available, they knew exactly where the one I mentioned was, which was impressive. I took it for a test drive which was fine and I decided to purchase. Whilst going through paying the deposit etc, I was offered refreshments on what was a very hot day. Everything was conducted professionally but also on a level as if we had already known each other for some time. The car required some paint refreshing on the back bumper and this was promised to be completed in a few days. Sure enough, this was stuck to and progress was relayed to me via text message. I couldn’t collect the car immediately and asked if it could be left until the weekend which was a few days later. This was also no problem. When I collected, the paint with looked superb, the car had been cleaned incredibly well (I have had comments to how good it was) and again, whilst finalising the purchase, I was looked after. Ali also sorted out my tax for me so I didn’t have to! Since the purchase I have received a message to check if the car is doing ok. What more could you expect when buying a second hand car? Fully recommend!

I would recommend Elderwood motors to anyone wishing to buy a used car. The dealership has a friendly, family-run atmosphere without pushy salesmen trying to sell you the first car you see. My wife and I were looking for a family car and we were able to do this without feeling pressured and rushed. We were left to take a good look at the car before taking it for a test drive. Our salesman on the day was Ali who we found to be really professional, knowledgeable and polite. He listened to us and answered all our questions. I just want to say a big thank you to Ali and the rest of the team for making the process so easy!

Friendly faces and very helpfully . I brought a car and I took my car to see it . They offered to deliver my car while I took my car home . They turned up at 4.30 and delivered it and washed it .
