Ali prepared the car within a few days and managed to work around our tight schedule. We travelled from Peterhead in Scotland to Peterborough, stayed overnight close by and collected the car the next day. Easy to Deal with and a Very Fair Dealer

Easy and straightforward to deal with purchasing a car for a good price. I was looking for a specific (and quite rare) car which Elderwood listed, and I travelled up and purchased the car then and there on the day. At the point of collection, Ali at Elderwood acknowledged an issue with the parking sensors on the car, and gave me a couple of options for how to resolve. Unfortunately, issue turned out to be slightly more complicated than first thought, however Elderwood covered cost of repair in full (given I was too far away to bring the car back to them). First class service - highly recommended.

Very average with poor customer service

When dealing with Ali he stopped whilst talking to me to talk to his colleague in a different language who did speak English. I find this rude especially whilst in mid conversation with myself. Also I was told they would clean the car .... they didn't clean the car, they washed the car. When I CLEANED the car the water was BLACK from cleaning the seats. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Everything you would want from a car dealer. A really friendly, helpful group of guys who couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy with what we were buying. Brilliant from the second we walked on the plot to pick up and beyond. Didn’t try and downplay any of the things we wanted looking at, they said they would do what was needed and they did! Purchased a 2008 Nissan Qashqai from Elderwood Motors. Service was excellent, I dealt with a gentleman called Ali. After purchasing the vehicle, came to find a lot of faults with the car and ended up returning the vehicle. Ali was great through both the sale and return of the vehicle. Took the vehicle back and gave a full refund- promptly I might add.
