Dead helpful throughout. Left with a completely different car than I intended to get but that is 100% positive and down to good advice. Would highly recommend. Even kind enough to let me store my old car there overnight!! 10/10

Terrible experience. Called the day before and on the day before we left, to view a Mazda 2. Gave them 2 hours notice to prepare the car. When we arrived the car was frozen over, no bothered to prepare the car. Then someone came with a kettle and poured water over it. To make matters worse, the front tyre was flat. Talk about first impressions. Anyways continued to look at the car just to notice the entire left side has been banged and scrapped, not mentioned in description or on call or made clear in pictures. Spoke to a worker who said oh they must’ve scraped it whilst reversing. Shocking. Anyways decided to have a look inside, and the windscreen is literally leaking, the entire dash, centre console is covered with water, imagine my shock when the assistant said it was condensation. It was like a shower inside. Anyways went to speak to the manager who said sorry there’s nothing else I can do and he’ll investigate. No sincere apology or explanation as to why the car didn’t match the description or why it wasn’t prepared despite a 2 hour warning and journey down. They claim to have excellent customer service. They don’t. No compensation no sincere apology, just lies and inconsistent messages.

Friendly sales team. Assisted with a part exchange option. The car had an issue a few days after purchasing but Ali fixed it with no issues and no cost to myself. Will recommend.

Bought a Ford focus from Ali , and part exchanged my fiesta and was given a good trade in price which was more then i thought i would get so that was a bonus , From 1st phone call to driving away it was a straight forward experience , definately be using you again, appreciate all your help Mr Ali

Brought a car from this guys and it was the biggest mistake i have ever done number off faults kept going back to them to sort the faults but never got sort kept getting told bigger job than they thought it was parked out side there garage more than it was outside my house i also never got my full money back stay well away from this garage

Hi Adam, regarding your review we spent a lot of money trying to get the work done which you wanted us to do which didn't need to be done, also regarding the refund we you were given the choice of either take your vehicle back and pay the difference which we gave you whilst doing the part exchange but you didn't want that and regarding the vehicle you gave us in the part exchange wasn't in great condition as needed new injectors new exhaust pipe and lots more work doing to it, regarding the refund we agreed on you was happy with the amount we gave you, once you received the refund 2 days later you started ringing and texting us blackmailing us saying you wanted more money back otherwise you would leave us a bad review. We did what we could spending time and money trying to help you we apologise if you felt that way about the us.

Don’t buy from here, so last week i went to finally view a BMW 120i after they kept telling me it wasn’t ready even tho one of the guys told me someone else is coming to view it, they’ve wasted my time and messed me around telling me the car (BMW 120i) was ready when it wasn’t and they told me it had a fresh MOT but decided to give it another MOT and it failed it! They were really odd and weird when i was trying to get back my deposit, eventually they gave it back after many phone calls and persistence, a classic wheeler dealer dealership

we told you it had 3 months MOT left on it but out of good deed we said well give it a fresh MOT for you, the MOT failed so we fix the problems on which it failed on, we couldn't give you the vehicle once the MOT failed as it wasn't road worthy and we explained to you over and over again but you didn't have patience to wait for the vehicle to be fixed and regarding the refund we gave you your refund within 15 minutes of you asking for the refund of your deposit. I personally don't think we could have done anything more.
