I recently bought a Land Rover Discovery Sport from Elderwood Motors and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The sales staff were amazing, and Lee in particular was brilliant — really laid‑back, never pushy, and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process.The car came with a fresh MOT and service, and even when the DPF light came on, they sorted it quickly without any hassle. I’m genuinely over the moon with both the car and the service I received. Highly recommend Elderwood Motors.

Purchased a Hyundai i 800 from thease guys , what a great service had a small issue with the tps system droped the vehicle back they even lent me a car for the duration .will definatley recomend .Lee was vey helpfull throughout the whole process

From day 1 got the best and clear answeres to buy my Volvo V70 Business Edition 2.0 4D 2015 from them. The issue was the finance Company that let us down but cleared by Elderwood proffesional and delivered the car home to me.

I don’t normally post reviews but after my experience I thought it was justified , Lee was exceptional going above and beyond making the complete process a delight, I did have a small issue with my new car after a couple of days but again one phone call and it was rectified they even lent me a car as that was my only form of transport. So a big thanks to Elderwood . Jo proud BMW owner .

Just letting you know what a pleasant experience we had when making our purchase ,we have owned our Range Rover for just over two months now and it drives like a dream .Lee was extremly helpfull and definatley not pushy , he basically did what he said he would .A big thank you to all at ELDERWOOD. I can honestly say I’m impressed, spoke to the guys initially over the phone as wanted to purchase a first car for my daughter, booked an appointment to view then drove over three hours as she mentioned a particular colour she really wanted , (they had it) we arrived 25 minutes late and the car was waiting for us to view , test drove all good , made the purchase and paid extra for delivery.couldn’t be more happier with the car and service provided by Elderwood . Definitely will be recommending.

Dealership found via AutoTrader. Our experience was mixed. Staff were polite initially, however communication later became slow when we were trying to arrange collection. Some work that had been agreed prior to purchase via MOT was not fully completed when we checked. We ultimately decided not to proceed with the car and asked for the deposit back but did not receive it. Buyers should ensure any agreed work is confirmed clearly and read the small print regarding deposits before proceeding. This review reflects our personal experience and others may have a different experience.

In response to your review ( very dissapointed ) To explain ,we initially had an appointment to view our Toyota Auris 2015 @ £4490.00 PRICED TO SELL IN ITS CONDITION WITH AMPLE MOT . You turned up and viewed the vehicle test drove and after several house of concideration ( one of our staff even stayed over an hour after closing to accomodate) decided to make the purchase , to make things clear on request we agreed to repair the slight front end cosmetic damage arrange a new mot and fix the stop start button and even gave a token discount of £90 all thease things we wouldnt normally do, as like i said the vehicle was priced too sell @£4490 .The customer then rang on the Monday asking if we could speed up the process but we needed to wait for the Chrome valance trim which he was happy with and agreed to collect on the Saturday when additional works were completed .We took a small deposit to secure the sale and use as a contribution towards the extra costs, we then get a phone call saying the customer has decided he know longer wants to pay the balance and collect and allso demanded his £390.00 baring in mind we spent an additional £550.00 . SO WE FEEL THE TWO STAR REVIEW IS NOT JUSTIFIED !

Worst car sale ever ,sale faulty car (intake manifold was crack ) ,return to fixed ,waiting 2 weeks to get it back , another 2weeks water pump start leaking badly ,when I was first time to see the car headlight was faulty and the replaced it but forgot to replace damaged headlight bracket . I need pay for diagnostic,not refunded,
