Excellent service from start to finish! I was welcomed into the office on arrival and shown to the car I was interested in, and then left alone to look at it in my own time, which was a nice change. I took the car for a test drive with a friendly member of staff who directed me to the best route to test the car fully, I felt like I was on my driving test! :) On return to the forecourt the paperwork was swiftly sorted out ready to collect the car the next day. Again with the emphasis on customer service, they even arranged to pick me up from the train station to collect the car. Brilliant service from lovely people. Highly recommended.

After narrowing the car we wanted down from its array of cars on display, we got in contact with Ali and he catered for our every need including delivery of the vehicle and a generous warranty package. Nice and easy, not pushy or in your face. Left me to look at the car in as much detail as I’d like on my own. Transaction was easy and when I found the smallest of things, they replaced it before selling the car at no extra cost.

These Elderwood sales people are brilliant. I bought an older Shogun from them. They had it all mechanicaly serviced for me. Valeted and ready for the road. Even a new MOT until the following year. Bought me lunch and coffee as well. Wow I highly recommend this dealership for their help and guidance in buying a used car.
