These Elderwood sales people are brilliant. I bought an older Shogun from them. They had it all mechanicaly serviced for me. Valeted and ready for the road. Even a new MOT until the following year. Bought me lunch and coffee as well. Wow I highly recommend this dealership for their help and guidance in buying a used car.

I recently purchased a Mazda Cx5 with elderwood Motors. The whole team where very helpful and very friendly from the start. They picked us up from the station in the car for me to test drive back to the dealership. Ali was very friendly and didn't push any extras on us. Purchased a Mazda 6 on New Years Eve, car moved out for me to look at, left me to look over the car at my leisure, no pushy sales pitch which was refreshing. I had not made an appointment to view the vehicle before hand but having a test drive was no problem, allowed to take the car out for a drive, again no pressure to buy.I purchased the extended warranty but wasn’t pressured to do so, all in all a very friendly and relaxed dealer. Had a follow up call to check I was still happy with the vehicle and so far so good. Hopefully I won’t be needing to purchase another vehicle for a while but if I do I would return to Elderwood and happy to refer them to my friends. Thank you Team

I had major misgivings at the idea of purchasing a car online but Ali and his team were extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Ali has been in constant contact during/post purchase, ensuring I was happy and the car was running smoothly. I live in South Wales and decided to organise the car delivery via Elderwood, the car arrived on time and Hani the delivery driver was lovely. I can't thank you enough for making this such a smooth experience. It will definitely be my first choice of garages when looking to purchase in the future and will recommend you in any way I can.
