The vehicle I was interested in was well presented & detailed on CarGuru website where I spotted it first, which gave me confidence. I was welcomed at the dealership by the personnel, encouraged to take a test drive in the vehicle alone, shown service history & previous ownership, & a deal negotiated, taking into account some small items to be done before I collected it. This work was all completed as agreed by the time I picked the vehicle up. It was very well presented, Ali was very helpful & friendly when taking me through the purchase process & handover, & I am delighted with the vehicle. Thank you! Only one point, perhaps ensure CarGuru put ‘Old Greyhound Stadium’ in the address in their advert too.

This has to be one of the best car dealers on the market. The team go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had to catch a train and they offered to collect me at the station as part of the service. Brilliant! I was greeted with a smile, offered a coffee, and the paperwork and finance settlement took only minutes to do. Took car for a test drive, and everything appeared to be working properly, except the windscreen wash wipers were squeaking, which they quickly replaced with new. Willing to negotiate on price, so got a discount and extended warranty at no extra charge. The entire service was slick, and with a smile all the way. Car was serviced at no extra charge, MOT for nearly 12 months and valeted ready for collection. This is no ordinary service. Well done guys. Thanks for a great deal and smooth transaction. A fantastic family business. You deserve my 5 stars!!
