Great service from start to finish, I went to view a Jaguar XE, the Lady gave me the keys and left me alone to look around the car for a few minutes, then she let me take it for a test drive on my own, she was not pushy but took her time and I asked lots of questions about the car which were answered fully, I bought the car that day and collected it the next day, they are a great team.

Staff are extremely friendly and ever so helpful, business done professionally and customer is always put first. Exactly how you would want the whole car purchasing process to be.

I was looking for an estate car for my daughter and a search on Auto trader took me to Elderwood Motors who had a lovely Hyundai i14 in stock. After a test drive I had a chat with the manager who answered all my questions about the car. I decided to purchase the car and drove it away a few days later. Dealing with Elderwood Motors has been a very pleasant experience and I am very happy with my purchase.

After searching for a while I came across Elderwood Motors that had a Citroen C4 for sale at a good price, I enquired with them about potentially coming to view it and test drive it as it looked in good condition. It was really easy to set up and they were really helpful even when I had to change my appointment. I went and looked at the car and they were friendly, approachable and professional. Excellent service from start to finish! I was welcomed into the office on arrival and shown to the car I was interested in, and then left alone to look at it in my own time, which was a nice change. I took the car for a test drive with a friendly member of staff who directed me to the best route to test the car fully, I felt like I was on my driving test! :) On return to the forecourt the paperwork was swiftly sorted out ready to collect the car the next day. Again with the emphasis on customer service, they even arranged to pick me up from the train station to collect the car. Brilliant service from lovely people. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Mazda 6 on New Years Eve, car moved out for me to look at, left me to look over the car at my leisure, no pushy sales pitch which was refreshing. I had not made an appointment to view the vehicle before hand but having a test drive was no problem, allowed to take the car out for a drive, again no pressure to buy.I purchased the extended warranty but wasn’t pressured to do so, all in all a very friendly and relaxed dealer. Had a follow up call to check I was still happy with the vehicle and so far so good. Hopefully I won’t be needing to purchase another vehicle for a while but if I do I would return to Elderwood and happy to refer them to my friends. Thank you Team

After lots of initial issues Ouzma negotiated with me to resolve the problems we were having with the car that was only purchased 3 months prior. It was soon sorted once she got on board and an amicable resolution was agreed.

Picked up my car this afternoon, could not fault the service from start to finish, we initially came to view a car a week ago, seen it, liked it, paid the deposit and arranged to collect a week later as it was easier for us!
